What FarmStop collects
FarmStop may collect the information needed to provide its marketplace features: email address, phone number, account credentials, farm stand and product information, reviews, community reports, photos you choose to submit, and approximate or precise device location when you grant permission.
How information is used
We use this information to create and secure accounts, confirm phone numbers, show nearby farm stands, publish availability and reviews, moderate community submissions, respond to requests, and send service-related notifications. FarmStop does not use personal information for advertising, and the app does not contain ads.
Photos and location
Camera access is used only when you choose to take a photo for a community report. Location access is used to help find nearby stands and attach a location to a report when you choose that feature. You can deny either permission and continue using features that do not require it.
Sharing and retention
FarmStop shares submitted stand, availability, review, and community-report content with other app users as part of the marketplace. We do not sell personal information. Account and content data are retained while needed to provide the service, meet security and moderation needs, or comply with legal obligations.
Your choices
You can deny device permissions, sign out, remove saved local data through the app, and withdraw your own community report where that action is available. For account or data requests, contact the FarmStop operator through the support channel provided with your distribution listing.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as FarmStop changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Before publishing this URL in Google Play, replace the support-channel wording with a monitored operator email address or support page.
